My path into counselling grew from an understanding of how hard it can be to put feelings into words, and how meaningful it is to be met with genuine listening and acceptance.

That experience shapes the way I work today. I offer a warm, non-judgemental, person-centred space where you can explore whatever feels important to you — at your own pace, in your own way.
